José Ángel Rufián Henares

Prof. Rufián-Henares obtained his PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Granada in 2002 in the field of Nutrition and Food Technology.
Subsequently he carried out a postdoctoral stay at the Instituto del Frío (CSIC) and at the Biomedical Center (Lund University, Sweden).
Since 2011 he has held a position as Associate Professor at UGR, and received the National Accreditation as Full Professor in 2016.
