Cristina Delgado Andrade




Dr. Delgado-Andrade is a scientific researcher working at Institute of Food Science and Technology and Nutrition (ICTAN-CSIC, Madrid) focused on Health-Diet interactions for more than 20 years. Her major interest is the study of the exposition to food processing contaminants, their bioavailability and their connection with health. She is currently involved in different national and European scientific projects on this matter and carries out technical support contracts and advisory work for the Food Industry as well.
